This beautiful holiday home in Torrevieja is an end-of-terrace house with 2 levels and a spacious roof terrace, accommodating up to 6 people. The house features 2 double beds and 2 single beds, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals. There is air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. The house has a terrace and a barbecue area. It also includes access to a communal pool.

It is situated in a quiet, family-friendly area, approximately 1 km from the town center of La Mata and about 6 km from the central port of Torrevieja.
