This welcoming Mediterranean-style holiday home offers plenty of space for families or groups of up to 6 guests. Ideally, it accommodates up to 4 adults and 2 children. It is located in El Raso, a peaceful and popular residential area of Guardamar del Segura on the Costa Blanca.
With its spacious rooftop terrace, cosy conservatory and private garden, the house offers plenty of opportunities to enjoy the Spanish sunshine and relaxing evenings outdoors. A communal swimming pool provides a refreshing escape on warm days.
The beautiful natural surroundings of Laguna de La Mata, with its salt lakes, walking trails and diverse birdlife, are just a short distance away.
The beautiful sandy beaches of Playa del Campo and Playa del Moncayo are only around 3 km away and are among the most stunning natural beaches on the Costa Blanca. Both beaches have been awarded the prestigious Blue Flag, an international certification recognising high standards of water quality, environmental management and safety. Fine golden sand, expansive dunes and the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean invite you to sunbathe, swim and enjoy long walks along the beach.
The nearby salt lakes of La Mata and Torrevieja are also well worth a visit. With a little luck, you might even spot flamingos in their natural habitat.
A particular highlight is the famous Lemon Tree Market in Guardamar del Segura. This large Sunday market, located between Guardamar and Los Montesinos, is even within walking distance of the holiday home and is the perfect place for a leisurely stroll.

In the surrounding area, you will find supermarkets, pharmacies and numerous restaurants and bars offering a wide variety of options throughout the day and evening. Local bars also regularly host karaoke nights and live music.
The Habaneras Shopping Centre in Torrevieja is also just a short drive away.
There are several beaches nearby, with Moncayo Beach, Playa del Campo and La Mata Beach considered among the most beautiful on the Costa Blanca.
The popular coastal towns of Guardamar del Segura, La Mata and Torrevieja also offer beautiful seaside promenades, charming cafés and a wide range of leisure activities.
Those wishing to explore the region can also easily reach the historic city of Alicante and the impressive palm groves of Elche by car.
